All property details must be correct. Verification is done, but final legal responsibility remains with the owner.

Buyers must cross-check documents and confirm loan eligibility.

🔵 7. Exclusive Agreement / এক্সক্লুসিভ এগ্রিমেন্ট
During the agreement period, the seller cannot engage with other brokers. Breaking terms may cause penalties.
চুক্তির মেয়াদে সেলার অন্য এজেন্টের সাথে কাজ করতে পারবেন না। শর্ত ভাঙলে পেনাল্টি প্রযোজ্য।
🔵 8. Agent & Referral Policy / এজেন্ট ও রেফারেল নীতিমালা
8.1 Passive Income Agents / প্যাসিভ ইনকাম এজেন্ট
- Can refer buyers or property owners
- Commissions:
- Seller referral = 10% of BB profit
- Buyer referral = 20% of BB profit
- Payment is made after successful deal only
- বায়ার বা সেলার রেফার করতে পারবে
- কমিশন:
- সেলার রেফারেল = BB প্রফিট-এর 10%
- বায়ার রেফারেল = BB প্রফিট-এর 20%
- ডিল সফল হলে কমিশন প্রদান করা হবে
8.2 Professional Agents / প্রফেশনাল এজেন্ট
- Can collect listings, arrange visits, negotiate
- Commission: case-by-case (You are a professional agent. If you earn income from the baribikroy.com platform, won’t you give some commission to baribikroy.com? You will then give a commission to baribikroy.com from your earnings, and this commission is for the general marketing of baribikroy.com. If you want customized marketing, in that case, we will discuss and decide on a deal-by-deal basis)
- Must maintain professionalism

- কমিশন: ডিল অনুযায়ী (আপনি একজন প্রফেশনাল এজেন্ট, আপনি baribikroy.com প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে আয় করলে কি আপনি baribikroy.com-কে কিছু কমিশন দেবেন না? আপনার আয়ের মধ্য থেকেই আপনি তখন baribikroy.com-কে কমিশন দেবেন, এই কমিশন baribikroy.com-এর সাধারণ মার্কেটিংয়ের জন্য। আর যদি আপনি কাস্টমাইজড মার্কেটিং চান, সেই ক্ষেত্রে আমরা সেটা ডিল বাই ডিল আলোচনা করে সিদ্ধান্ত নেব।)

Commissions are paid after deal completion. No advance commission.

Baribikroy.com is not responsible for false information provided by users.
ইউজারের দেওয়া ভুল তথ্যের জন্য Baribikroy.com দায়ী নয়।

We secure your information and do not sell user data.
আমরা আপনার ডেটা সুরক্ষিত রাখি এবং কোনো ডেটা বিক্রি করি না।
